Cut 2 background strips:
1 - 5 1/2 " x 14" and 1 -10 1/2" x 14" (verticle strips)
or
1 - 9" x 6" and 1 - 5" x 16" (horizontal strips)
6" scraps for 3 tulips - pastel or brights, depending on your backgrouns
fabric
3 - 6" x 12" scraps for tulip stems
freezer paper
glue sticks
